"Ýerli Çat" is a chat application which use LAN
Created using C# and WinForms of Visual Studio 2012; (Looks like old, but it was the highest version which my computer supports that time when I was serving in the military)
This "Ýerli Çat" chat application is specially written for his high Majesty Minister of the Defence of Turkmenistan to contact with his commanders, while he is on his place and talking on the phone, new urgent messages are appear on his desktop!
Requirements: .NET Frameworks 4.5; 2 or more computers in one Local Area Network(LAN);
