- B button moves turret right and uses limelight to seek target
- X button moves turret left and uses limelight to seek target
- A button disengages seeking
- Start button shoots when target is in sight
- Adjusts RPM depending on distance from target determined by Limelight (see http://docs.limelightvision.io/en/latest/cs_estimating_distance.html )

Autonomous criteria:
- Turn chassis to align with target, then adjust RPM to shoot just like in teleop
