RNAO terms do not resolve

The OWL has PURLs like

https://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/RNAO_0000138

But these no longer resolve

HTTPS? That would not have worked at least since November 2015.

HTTP doesn't work either: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/RNAO_0000138.

I think it's because there's a term_browser: custom line without any custom term browser configured in obo.yml.

I can't think of any good reason for this. Should RNAO term PURLs point to Ontobee, or OLS, or what?

This is the relevant commit. I think I just overlooked the term_browser: custom and failed to check.
