[14.0][product_attribute_value_view.xml] not migrated

I'm a new noob user but hoping to learn how to implement the Product Attribute Value XML tree view in the config menu which is visible in the previous versions. Hope this module migration will proceed because I really like the function which gives me the releif of having a working nomenclature for all poroducts.
