Open Digital Education (ODE) frontend framework definition and implementation.

It focus on the UI (presentation layer), and relies on ode-ts-client for the data layer.
Written in typescript, it provides features and components to build and run ODE applications :
- angularJS bootstrap,
- many angularJS directives and services,
- support for themes (CSS),
- widgets management,
