Item's use
A data structure stored in flash which is (attempted to be)read at board power up, which contains flags regarding location of current soft config, soft config querying instructions as well as data on calibration state and sensitive data such as spool keys.

Existing Implementation
This will take advantage of the Flash Storage Library which we have used in the past and will build on the demo code @prototypicalpro build for the AGU demo.
