Connecting to Group Machines

When on campus, do the following:

  1. Connect to USC Secure Wireless with your USC NetID and password.
  2. Open a terminal.
  3. Connect to <machine> by entering ssh <your_ID>@org-<machine>.usc.edu
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts.

When off campus, first connect to USC's VPN service. Once connected, follow the on campus procedure above.

The list of currently available machines by name is located in the machine_names file.
