Chronos is a discord bot that is meant to remind the user of anything within a specified duration.
- Fork this repo
- Clone your forked repo to your local machine
- Run npm install
- npm start
Remember to create a .env file in the root directory with CLIENT_TOKEN=TOKEN and PREFIX=>
- Go to https://discordapp.com/developers/applications/
- Sign into discord
- Click on "Create an Application"
- On the "General Information" Tab, give your bot a name and any other necessary details
- Click the bot tab on the left menu
- click on "Add bot" and confirm
you should be able to run your bot locally now
Go to this link and follow the instructions to add it to your preferred discord server
