The project to collect all those functions together in one module started in jan.2021. The functions itself were spread all over different codes, starting in about year 2000.
The functions IsLeapYear and CalcEasterDateGauss are now inside the Module MTime. So there is no longer need for the repos Date_IsLeapYear and Date_EasterGauss
