Welcome. This repository includes scripts, raw files and databases related with fire effects on soil propierties. I will put you a broad description of each file and where they have been used in literature.
- _Ks_repe_SITIOS.csv - Data frame of Ks and soil water-repellency data of 5 sites (Olivares-Martinez et al., 2023)
- SOC.ods - Data frame of soil organic carbon to the same 5 sites (Olivares-Martinez et al., 2023)
- analisis.R - Script used to analyse and render plots from the files _Ks_repe_SITIOS.csv and SOC.ods (Olivares-Martinez et al., 2023)
