A web portal built for hostel students of COEP, which helps them with document verification, room allocation and every hostel related activity, thus improving the traditional offline method.

COEP's Hostel portal is live on Vercel
- Student logs in to the portal using MIS credentials.
- Student Uploads documents for verification.
- Student pays hostel fees.
- Warden verifies the uploaded documents and payment.
- After documents are verified student can select the room by giving 5 preferences.
- Number of students having higher cgpa who have given preference to a room can be seen making the process completely transparent and at the same time secured.
- After certain time, rooms are allocated according to the preferences and cgpa criteria.
- Student can now raise room maintenance issue using the portal.
- Student can also apply for leave stating the reason.
- Leave can be approved or rejected by warden.
- Warden can add dues which the student needs to pay.
