Attr_vals.m contains the functions for evaluating attribute values, MAUT values for an array of users and associated incentives on 5G.
Model4022S.m contains the simulation code and outputs the results for the evaluated utilities at different levels of maximum incentive and distribution of users in HWN at different thresholds for migration.
fuzzycost.fis contains the fuzzy inference system used in the evaluation of the cost attribute in the MAUT.
