Incomplete equations for mixed inhibition and induction in the documentation

Dear OSP-developers,

I checked for different equations defining inhibition and induction processes in the OSP documentation.

For Mixed Inhibition, the equation describing KM,app seems to be incomplete and " * KM" is missing on the right side of the equation. The given equation describes the KM_interaction_factor and not KM,app.

For Enyzme Induction, the equation is missing at the end of the section and it would be appreciated, if this could be added here.
