It appears that the GeoServer and GeoBlacklight instances from this institution are no longer active. We plan to archive this repo so that other users do not try to use these records, as they do not point to hosted resources anymore.
If anyone would like to unarchive this repo, please contact the OpenGeoMetadata organization by posting an issue in the shared-repository: OpenGeoMetadata/shared-repository#8
