We are currently testing a JavaScript version of Tracker that runs on all platforms, including Chromebooks.

It's a jar. You can run it on any platform that supports java. The android operating system, on which chromebooks are based heavily use java. Afaik, you should be able to just run it

The online version of Tracker is implemented in JavaScript and will run on all platforms including Chromebooks.
Note that there is currently a bug when saving Tracker Projects files (TRZ files) that we are working to fix.
