Cut off elements in Custom LED config page

The color picker cuts off for inputs at or below the height of left/right (stick layout) or bottom row with no ability to scroll the page down or drag the picker back in full view.

Appologies @goblinpope I missed this.
This can likely be resolved by making the browser display smaller.
Having said that, would it be better to have this as a click then side bar shows up? Likely so.
We will take this feedback and look into it further.
