Build OW from scratch

There's no quickstart in the readme of how to build the project.
Good idea.
o build-wrap
That ought to be enough to build a package. What is it you're trying to build to do?
I'm trying to get latest o.exe by building the o.exe solution.
o.exe is not part of openwrap, it's the shell, a completely separate project with its own release cycle.
You're probably not looking for the latest o.exe.

Ah, very true very true. I am looking for the latest openwrap. Build-wrap then.
Still, the readme could use some love in this regard ;)
