License change to GPLv3 to match Firemix
@zbenjamin @underwatercolor are you okay with this?
I also plan to merge the tree into Firemix to coincide with the Py3/PyQt5 cutover, as I plan on doing a complete rewrite of the Firesim GUI code and think it would make sense to share common libraries with Firemix

I'm fine with changing the license, but it may be worth using a more
permissive license on firemix/firesim as a whole to allow more derivative
works or incorporation into other software. GPLv3 is pretty restrictive in
that regard.

What license would you propose @zbenjamin ? I am interested in the license preventing closed-source derived works.

I don't really feel qualified to recommend a license.
https://choosealicense.com/appendix/ lists a bunch, but it does look like
the options are pretty limited if you want to prevent closed-source
derivative works.
