Задание заключается в том, чтобы вывести количество столбцов, содержащих повторяющиеся элементы в двумерном массиве.

Т.к. в программе используется функция srand() и rand(), то выходные данные всегда разные. // для удобства чтения заключим попытки разных вводов в фигурные скобки.
