R Script for the calculation of the accuracy in fish habitat discrimination using otolith chemical signatures

Primary LanguageR

otolith_microchem_elements

R Script for the calculation of the accuracy in fish habitat discrimination using otolith chemical signatures, for:

  1. all possible combinations (size and content) of the N chemical elements measured
  2. 4 different statistical methods (LDA, QDA, Random Forest & Neural Networks)

Allows selection of the statistical method & list of elements leading to optimal discrimination of the k habitats tested.
