Benchmarking

I currently have this benchmark branch which does some benchmarking via a benchmark.py cli script and had some half baked modifications to the pytorch_dataset class. We should probably drop the pytorch_dataset class changes as issue #73 resolves this and just integrate the benchmark.py cli script and integrate with the benchmarkable repo.
