to run on a different system:
cd C://wamp64/www/
git clone http://github.com/owaisquadri/NORMS
cd NORMS
go into sql folder and run init.sql and partc_views.sql in that order on mySQL workbench
configure dbms username password etc in config.php.
run wampserver and open http://localhost/norms/
