Setup

git clone git@github.com:cwsmith/phastaChef.git

Build and Test

Build SCOREC/core; see SCOREC/core build instructions. Note, you must specify -DPUMI_FORTRAN_INTERFACE=ON and -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/path/to/install/dir when running cmake and run make install to install the necessary CMake package files.

The following example compilation instructions assume that the phasta repo was downloaded following the Setup instructions above. If you already have the phasta repo checked out the variable -DPHASTA_SRC_DIR=/path/to/phasta can be passed to the cmake command to specify its locations.

Note, the following disables the SVLS and PETSC solvers and relies on LESLIB for the incompressible solver and the native compressible solver.
