BioBlender 2.1 not working in Blender 3.1

Hi,
I'm trying to install BioBlender 2.1 in Blender 3.1. I've followed all the steps and enabled the BioBlender in the Addon. Upon restarting Blender the Widget does not show. Looking at the output it prints the following:

BlenderPath: C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 3.1\blender.exe
PythonPath: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37\python.exe
PyMolPath: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Schrodinger\PyMOL2\PyMOLWinWithConsole.bat
PDB String 1

I had to edit BioBlender2.py for it to find the correct executables for PythonPath and PyMolPath. Any idea why the widget is not showing?
