Install

git clone https://github.com/Pakrohk/qtile.git ~/.config/qtile

Requirements

To properly run the qtile configuration, please install the following dependencies:

  • network-manager-applet (for WiFi management)
  • dunst (notification daemon)
  • picom (compositor for graphical effects)
  • maim (screenshot tool)
  • rofi and rofi-greenclip (app launcher and clipboard manager)
  • lxqt-policykit (for polkit authentication)
  • python-psutil (for network usage widget)

Customization

Config Files

You can customize the autostarted applications in the config.py file under the .config/qtile directory.

Additionally, other config files under .config/qtile/cfg/ can be modified, including default applications, widget layouts, and groupings.

This provides flexibility to tailor the config to your needs by installing required dependencies and tweaking config files.
