iOS App Store - Locations

Hi, when I try to get this app it tells me that it's not available in my location. Has this app been pulled? Or can we add Europe (or specifically Austria) to the available locations?

This is probably due to some update privacy forms I didn't fill out. I'll take a look (if I still have access)
