Gain additional Elemental Damage Reduction equal to half your Chaos Resistance
What is the wording in Path of Building?
Base Cold Damage Reduction: 0.65
Should be:
Base Cold Damage Taken: 0.65
Thougts:
Cold Damage Reduction: 35%
Damage taken: 100 - 35 = 65% or 0.65

Sorry I didnt see this before, it is 0.65 from elemental mitigation, but also 0.1 from resistances (for a total of 0.065)
if its the wording your commenting on then yes, its worded a bit strangely, the base cold damage reduction is 35%, but its causing you to take 0.65, I agree the breakdown could be improved
