Complex & Component: Interactions with parent

Encountered a record in which a complex component was an interaction participant with the parent.
This sort of interaction (1) strikes me as odd even from a "biologist" standpoint and (2) isn't allowed in BioPAX.

Some initial options:
(1) Automatically delete the edge
(2) A submission warning
