Before use, please read about Know Your Customer guidelines and Anti Money Laundering controls. It is important if you want to swap coins fully anonymous or you don't mind to be verified. Most of swap services that have KYC/AML option need to verify your identity even on refund (some do refund without verification), so please double check details on each swap service with KYC/AML. In my opinion operating crypto should be anonymous and allowed to all people without restrictions, but I also understand companies protecting their assets, brands and safety from money laundering. So it is up to you which one you will choose. I am using both. In my case it always depends, if coins are from drug selling, or from my uncle from USA, as we all know only drug dealers, killers, my uncle and in general criminals use cryptocurrency. [THAT_WAS_A_JOKE]. So never think about KYC/ML swaps as worse, they can just occasionally verify your identity and freez your founds for that time.
Always double check reviews on TrustPilot and BitcoinTalk forum before use any of listed below coin swap service. If no reviews, try to Google some opinions to make sure that listed service not became a scam in the meantime. I verify all listed services here by doing a coin swap at least once to check if it works.
