At the moment, we do not compile the software stack with those compilers. Having those trees in the modulepath will generate warnings at user login.

@pelahi @marcodelapierre @ddeeptimahanti I suggest to comment out the AOCC and CCE module trees in
scripts/templates/pawseyenv.lua until we actually have support for them. We should probably remove those compilers completely from our deployment?
