I'm impressed by your team's work on cptac! Is the pancancer data currently public? If not, do you have plans to make it public in the future? I'm very interested.

Yup. The data is public with version 1.5+. It can also be accessed as simple files via https://pdc.cancer.gov/pdc/cptac-pancancer
