“Undef” under BG

Today the word “undef” appeared under my BG reading. It’s in line with the date covering 2019 as well as the time for the BG reading. I uninstalled and reinstalled the clock face and it is still there.

that usually means it has not connected to your cgm data source. Look for
a typo in the URL for the source and also open that URL on the browser of
your phone to ensure you can reach it.
