This project is for the paper ``Exploration on Generating Traditional ChineseMedicine Prescriptions from Symptoms with an End-to-End Approach'' In the data folder, we provide the neccessary data and the processing scripts. The script seq2seq_weak.py is the code for our proposed model. The script multi_label.py is the baseline model. Please refer to the parse_args function for parameter options.
