This repository contains the datasets and scripts needed to reproduce the results in Mulhair & McCarthey et al. 2022, Filtering artifactual signal increases support for Xenacoelomorpha and Ambulacraria sister relationship in the animal tree of life.
Individual folders for each of the three datasets used in this analysis are given as rouse_2016, cannon_2016 and philippe_2019 - these contains the scripts and raw data required to reproduce each test carried out.
Figures from the paper and the scripts necessary to make them are found in the combined_results folder.
