In this Project I take a dataset of Delay in AIDS Reporting in England and Wales from Github/Rdatasets.The dataset contains The aids data frame has 570 rows and 6 columns.Although all cases of AIDS in England and Wales must be reported to the Communicable Disease Surveillance Centre, there is often a considerable delay between the time of diagnosis and the time that it is reported. In estimating the prevalence of AIDS, account must be taken of the unknown number of cases which have been diagnosed but not reported. The data set here records the reported cases of AIDS diagnosed from July 1983 and until the end of 1992. The data are cross-classified by the date of diagnosis and the time delay in the reporting of the cases. This data frame contains the following columns:'year'The year of the diagnosis.'quarter'The quarter of the year in which diagnosis was made.'delay'The time delay (in months) between diagnosis and reporting. 0 means that the case was reported within one month. Longer delays are grouped in 3 month intervals and the value of delay is the midpoint of the interval (therefore a value of 2 indicates that reporting was delayed for between 1 and 3 months).'dud'An indicator of censoring. These are categories for which full information is not yet available and the number recorded is a lower bound only.'time' The time interval of the diagnosis. That is the number of quarters from July 1983 until the end of the quarter in which these cases were diagnosed and 'y'The number of AIDS cases reported.I Use a SVM Regression Technique to predict Aid using the Scikit Learn Library.Basically I use 80% data for training and 20% for Testing Base on Testing I make a prediction of Aids Report.

In this Project I take a dataset of Blood Transfusion Service Center from UCI Repository. To demonstrate the RFMTC marketing model (a modified version of RFM), this study adopted the donor database of Blood Transfusion Service Center in Hsin-Chu City in Taiwan. The center passes their blood transfusion service bus to one university in Hsin-Chu City to gather blood donated about every three months. To build a FRMTC model, we selected 748 donors at random from the donor database. These 748 donor data, each one included R (Recency - months since last donation), F (Frequency - total number of donation), M (Monetary - total blood donated in c.c.), T (Time - months since first donation), and a binary variable representing whether he/she donated blood in March 2007 (1 stand for donating blood; 0 stands for not donating blood).I Use a Support Vector Machine Classifier approach to predict class(1 stand for donating blood; 0 stands for not donating blood) using the Scikit Learn Library.Basically I use 80% data for training and 20% for Testing Base on Testing I make a prediction of class(1 stand for donating blood; 0 stands for not donating blood)of which gave the accuracy 72.66%.

In this Project I take a dataset of Market Basket Optimisation from Super dataScience website. This dataset contains the information of different transaction of item like (eggs, pizza, mint, green tea, milk, soup etc) basically these dataset contains the infomation of 7500 instances of trasaction.I use the Apriori Algorithm to make a basket of different items mean if you buy some item they also recommend also buy this item.I am not using any library.I am using apyori library which made other developer and in final step define assoication rule and then print result. The result contain (RelationRecord(items=frozenset({'light cream', 'chicken'}), support=0.004532728969470737, ordered_statistics=[OrderedStatistic(items_base=frozenset({'light cream'}), items_add=frozenset({'chicken'}), confidence=0.29059829059829057, lift=4.84395061728395)]), RelationRecord(items=frozenset({'mushroom cream sauce', 'escalope'}), support=0.005732568990801226, ordered_statistics=[OrderedStatistic(items_base=frozenset({'mushroom cream sauce'}), items_add=frozenset({'escalope'}), confidence=0.3006993006993007, lift=3.790832696715049)]),RelationRecord(items=frozenset({'pasta', 'escalope'}), support=0.005865884548726837, ordered_statistics=[OrderedStatistic(items_base=frozenset({'pasta'}), items_add=frozenset({'escalope'}), confidence=0.3728813559322034, lift=4.700811850163794)])) etc
In this project I take a dataset of Market Basket Optimisation generate himself. The data set contains the information of different transaction but this time data contains on character instead of full name of items. For implementation I am not not using any library to build a recommended system for Market Analysis. This time I am code from scratch using python language and make a rule for market analysis. And finally conclude that The FP-growth algorithm is an efficient way of finding frequent patterns in a dataset. The FP-growth algorithm works with the Apriori principle but is much faster. The Apriori algorithm generates candidate itemsets and then scans the dataset to see if they’re frequent. FP-growth is faster because it goes over the dataset only twice. The dataset is stored in a structure called an FP-tree. After the FP-tree is built, you can find frequent itemsets by finding conditional bases for an item and building a conditional FP-tree. This process is repeated, conditioning on more items until the conditional FPtree has only one item.

In this Project I take a dataset of Wine taken from UCI.These data are the results of a chemical analysis of wines grown in the same region in Italy but derived from three different cultivars. The analysis determined the quantities of 13 constituents found in each of the three types of wines.Initial data set had around 30 variables, but for some reason Only have the 13 dimensional version. The attributes are:1) Alcohol 2) Malic acid 3) Ash 4) Alcalinity of ash 5) Magnesium 6) Total phenols 7) Flavanoids 8) Nonflavanoid phenols 9) Proanthocyanins 10)Color intensity 11)Hue 12)OD280/OD315 of diluted wines 13)Proline. All attributes are continuous :No statistics available, but suggest to standardise variables for certain uses (e.g. for us with classifiers which are NOT scale invariant) NOTE: 1st attribute is class identifier (1-3).I use the PCA technique for Dimensionality Reduction of wine dataset.
