In the paper, it was mentioned that the index of all microbial data was extracted (http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/software/bigsi/nat_biotech_2018/all-microbial-index-v03/). I will be glad if you could provide me with details on how to extract and concatenate the index post "bloom filter creation and inserting the bloom filters into the index" steps.
