A MATLAB Toolbox for MRI-guided electrode navigation

ElectroNav Toolbox is a collection of Matlab functions that are designed to assist with neurophysiological experiments involving acute electrode penetrations through implanted dural recording chambers. Specifically, ElectroNav allows researchers to visualize the spatial location of the electrode tip and contacts relative to brain structures, either from a publicly available digital atlas or an MRI of the individual subject.
