Audio visualization experiment in Tauri

Testing audio visualization in Tauri on Windows* as a replacement for Electron as part of Wav2Bar rewrite.

(*) To run on Linux, providing an ffmpeg linux binary is necessary.

Recommended IDE Setup

VS Code + Svelte + Tauri + rust-analyzer.
