BMI-calculator

This is a simple BMI calculator using Python that calculates the Body Mass Index (BMI) of a person based on their weight and height.

How to use Clone the repository or download the ZIP file and extract it. Open the bmi_calculator.py file in any Python IDE or text editor. Run the file. Enter your weight in kilograms and height in meters when prompted. The program will calculate your BMI and display it along with the corresponding BMI category. BMI Categories The BMI categories used in this program are based on the World Health Organization (WHO) classifications:

BMI Category < 18.5 Underweight 18.5–24.9 Normal weight 25.0–29.9 Overweight ≥ 30.0 Obese
