Current ontology version does not resolve

The current PO release has version IRI http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/po/releases/2019-06-05/po.owl. However the git tag for this is v2019-06-5 (5 instead of 05). This is causing a failure to download via the version IRI.
I think this can be easily fixed by checking out tag v2019-06-5 and making another tag v2019-06-05, and pushing that tag to GitHub.

This should be fixed now in pre-release v2020-06-04
