[BUG] PO links are broken

None of the PO purls resolve correctly, I always get redirected to the "Term Not Found" page in Ontobee. When I navigate to PO through the Ontobee home page it does show me the classes but when I click them I get redirected to the "Term Not Found" page. I'm not sure though if this is an issue with Ontobee or perhaps the configuration file for PO at OBO Foundry.

It looks like there are some issues at the OntoBee end. I saw you opened an issues there. OntoZoo/ontobee#203
