Update link to Marked project page in element documentation

The broken link was already subject of PR:
5b273a9
but the problem was not fixed in element documentation, so it still points to scary website from Polymer Element Catalog.
Just move change to: https://github.com/PolymerElements/marked-element/blob/master/marked-element.html#L14
