Hi Sydney,
The steps are quite simple and are listed in the screen capture as well.
1. Open PowerShell as Administrator on my Windows 10 Client
2. Connect-MsolService (we do have mfa enabled)
3. Checked version of Security Protocol with [Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol -> Response Tls12
4. Tried to Install-Module -name MicrosoftPowerBIMgmt
