This repository contains the organizational documents for Prevent HIV OK Syndicate. These documets are avilable to any person, persons, or companies that would like to utilize them.
Please, feel free to fork this repository and send updates. They will be reviewed and submitted to the Board of Directors for consideration. All changes are welcome, expecialy if reviewed by an attorney. Hopefully, as time goes on, these documents will also be reviewed by an attorney for completetion and correctness.
Why use the corporate suffix Syndicate?
Syndicate literally means "a group of individuals or organizations combined to promote some common interest." Prevent HIV OK is exactly that.
