Google-Cloud Text-To-Speech is a text-to-speech conversion service.
A) Visit the Google Cloud Console.
B) Create a new project or select an existing one.
C) Enable the “Cloud Text-To-Speech API” for your project.
Set-up an Authentication:
A) Create Service Account credentials in JSON format. This file will be used to authenticate your request.
B) Download the JSON key file and set the GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS environment variable to your system path.
