[REQ] Change default Health/armor in CARENA mode

Change CLAN ARENA mode to start with 400 health and 0 armor, or give us the option to.
Default 100 health 200 armor ends too fast and is not Clan Arena default. Harder to keep track and compare with others at the end of match
