Swapi Dev Assigment

You have been given an assignment to make a backend for the website of a Star Wars fanclub. The website exists out of a couple of pages with dynamic content for which your backend will supply the data.

Dependencies

For running it locally you will need Mongo DB running locally on port 27017

Ports

Express Server: 9000 Mongo DB: 27017

Run Locally

Clone the project

  git clone git@github.com:QuadDepo/brthrs-opdracht.git

Go to the project directory

  cd brthrs-opdracht/api

Install dependencies

  yarn / npm install

Start the server

  npm run start / yarn start

Go to the project directory

  cd brthrs-opdracht/native

Install dependencies

  yarn / npm install

Start the server

  npm run start / yarn start

To run it on Expo Mobile app you can change the localhost url located at native/src/const/index.js to the ip of the macbook/pc running the Express API
