GUI-based call-launching application used with Cisco Finesse and an internal database of phone numbers to call sites based on their unique Site Identifier.
This application is used on a corporate help desk to connect a group of 40-50 analysts with over 4000 sites.
Instructions to run:
- Download CallWizard.ps1
- Run the CallWizard.ps1 file with Powershell.
Please note this wizard is setup to pull from a database of numbers associtated with StoreIDs. In order for this program to work, you will need to edit the ps1 to select from your own DataBase.
