Analysis for a one-click service for people to buy properties and then rent them in San Francisco. Using data visualization, aggregation, interactive visualizations, and geospatial analysis, to find properties in the San Francisco market that are viable investment opportunities.
This project leverages python 3.7 with the following:

JupyterLab - JupyterLab is a web-based user interface designed for data analysis.

pandas - Flexible and powerful data analysis / manipulation library for Python.

dotenv - Python-dotenv reads key-value pairs from a .env file and can set them as environment variables.

plotly.express - The plotly.express module contains functions that can create entire figures at once.
Before running the application first install the following dependencies.
pip install jupyterlab

pip install dotenv

To use the SanFran_Real_Estate application simply clone the repository and run the san_francisco_housing.py with:
python san_francisco_housing.py
