Not recognising USB

Im up to the step below and it just sits there. Have confirmed the port and the cord work.
Google USB driver is installed through android sdk
Can someone help please? Sorry if this is a rookie question, i'm new to this.

Did you get anywhere with this? I'm at the same part with this

I can see that you're trying to run SPFT in CLI. Are you sure you're using the latest script? Regardless, please ensure you have the Preloader drivers installed.
